They are horrible. Service lies to you and they get it from TYLER. I don’t get treated like a customer. And their phone service is tacky. You know some people text. Charged $168 to “diagnose” - a term I use loosely - on a fuel gauge float issue that they could not replicate while in for service. Their advice was to replace the fuel gauge float for $530 based on just th fuel gauge float issue that they could not replicate while in for service. Their advice was to replace the fuel gauge float for $530 based on just the experience of one of their service mechanics (not actual testing). While this mechanic may have heard of similar issues and may make solid repair suggestions, I’m not pleased with paying $168 for something that probably took 15 minutes to “diagnose”. Seems like gouging to me. Also, they have the worst time locating your car when you pick it up usually takes 15 minutes or more. More

Service advisor was excellent, professional and knowledgeable. Genesis as a brand I’m not impressed. I’ve owned many different lux brands MB, BMW, Lexus , Infiniti, Acura, Jaguar and Land Rover. No transferable service, took 3 months to get in your system. O loaners, no maintenance, no roadside?? The car is a 2023 with 15k miles and there is no reason for Genesis to pull the maintenance from the car. I dread the thought of owning this car for the next twelve months.. This will be the last Genesis I purchase unless some miracle would occur. The dealership is has more Hyundai's on all levels. It feels like walking into a Toyota dealership certainly not a luxury brand. More
