This has repeatedly been the worst dealership I have ever been to (Hyundai specifically). Overall, their customer service is mediocre, they are traditionally very slow to delay and when I got my first oil ch been to (Hyundai specifically). Overall, their customer service is mediocre, they are traditionally very slow to delay and when I got my first oil change on the car they left the oil plug not fully tightened, and my rand new car was running without oil. While reporting this to the dealership, they offered to fix it but could not get me in until 3 weeks later. This is on a leased vehicle that they messed up... Kerry Hyundai in Alexandria and Jeff Wyler Hyundai in fairfield are significantly better to deal with and have been more helpful and easier to schedule with over the term of my lease. More
Visited Columbia Hyundai for routine transmission service. Mentioned my driver's seat was broken, and service advisor, Chuck Elliott, got a quote and the repair finished in my allotted time.
