Two calls to ask if I was satisfied with the service (one of which urged me to give 5s when I received this survey) before I even picked my car up. First we leased this 2022 Hyundai Kona N line in the year 2021. Second we purchased it in 2024 ! In both cases we were treated professionally and very well. It took a month to get an appointment to replace a recall on a trunk part. When i arrived there, I had to wait and was told that they had to order the part. (What were they doing in the month's wait and why on a trunk part. When i arrived there, I had to wait and was told that they had to order the part. (What were they doing in the month's wait and why don't they have the part????) They said that they would call when the part comes in and I would get a free car wash (everyone gets a car wash). It took 20 more minutes waiting for the car wash.Pretty disgusted. More
