The place was a madhouse. Too many cars at once, service people were rushed by necessity, just a real zoo. All that was done was an oil/filter change and it took 1 1/2 hours. I’ve had a lot of trouble with the service for my Genesis! Over the 2 years I’ve owned a Genesis, I’ve loved the car, but hated the service. Probably won’t buy another Genesis just bc of the service….i mean when you can’t just get an oil change without something going wrong, it’s bad! More
