Asked if they had a a coupon they could give me for an oil change and they were not interested in the least in helping me out. They brushed me off and said check the website. Neither the cashier nor the s oil change and they were not interested in the least in helping me out. They brushed me off and said check the website. Neither the cashier nor the service tech were interested at all. We will not be back for an oil change here. We will spend our money elsewhere. More

Office service staff was not helpful in answering questions, or dealing with problems. After scheduling my appointment 2 months in advance and even verifying the day before, I was told the morning of questions, or dealing with problems. After scheduling my appointment 2 months in advance and even verifying the day before, I was told the morning of my appointment that suddenly there was not a car available to use in the valeting of mine. Then I got zero responses for a week as to when the reschedule of my appointment would be. The service was completely unacceptable for a “luxury” brand like Genesis. More
Service was very professional. They were able to fix my window. My only complaint is the cost. It was a window regulator, which cost nearly $1,000 to replace (parts & labor). Extremely dissatisfied with the cost to fix a seemingly simple issue. More
I purchased my Genesis in Dayton in 2018. In 2024, there is not a single Genesis Dealer in Dayton. The closed one is in Montgomery. I called Columbia Genesis on May 30th to schedule my Gen In 2024, there is not a single Genesis Dealer in Dayton. The closed one is in Montgomery. I called Columbia Genesis on May 30th to schedule my Genesis G80 Sport for a recall on the turbocharger oil supply. I was told that it would be September before I could schedule it with the shop, because this was the earliest, they had a loaner car available. The recall notice stated that you should not park the vehicle in a garage until the recall work was performed due to the possibility of the car catching fire. I asked what the soonest I could schedule the service if I dropped it off. I was told July. I scheduled it for July 30th. When I dropped it off, I was told it would take 2 or 3 days to perform the recall work. I received a text on August 1st stating that my parts were in, and I needed to schedule it for the service. I texted back that the vehicle was already in their shop. On August 2nd I received another text stating they were waiting on parts. On August 8th I received a text stating the parts for my car were in and I needed to call to schedule a service date. I texted back that the car was still in their shop. On August 13th I received a text that they were down 3 technicians and when they had a technician available it would take 5-6 hours to complete the recall work. On August 19th I called the shop to check on the status of my car and I received a text that said my car was finished. I drove 45 minutes to pick up my car and when I arrived, I was told I would have to bring it back in for service, because they did not have the parts. Why would you schedule my car for recall service work and NOT have the parts available to perform the recall work? Here it is August 27th, and I still have not heard when the parts will be in and when the recall work will be completed. I was without this vehicle for 20 days. I tried calling in to talk to someone and I would never get a phone call returned. They only want to talk via text message. This is not how a luxury automobile dealership should conduct business. I love the Genesis car, but I will think twice before buying another one. More
