Columbia Honda - Service Center

Amazing service department I had new tires, new battery, new wheel because one was bent and oil change. TJ and the crew were wonderful along with the parts person who quoted es I had new tires, new battery, new wheel because one was bent and oil change. Then I couldn't believe it when TJ called and recommended Cooper tires that have been appreciated by other customers PLUS they were cheaper. What service place does that? I've never heard of that. I really appreciate Columbia Honda service since my husband had a stroke three years ago. They treat me like a person instead of a "woman who doesn't know anything about cars". They treat me with respect and are genuine about helping me. It gives me peace of mind that I have help when I need it. Kudos to the whole service team!!! More

Professional honest help Took my car in because it would not start (only one time) and I wanted everything checked before driving it out of town. The service department staff were unbelievably accommodating; coffee, comfy chairs, ESPN, etc. after 30 minutes they told me they checked all major systems related to a starting problem; alternator, starter, battery, and could not find any problems. They said it's possible a dome light was left on in my car which caused the battery to be a little low. They charged the battery it and sent me on my way- no charge! Unbelievably professional and honest experiene. More
