I've had a bit of trouble lately with my 1994 Accord Coupe; unhesitatingly, I'm given a loaner. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for service or the purchase of a new car (currently waiting for my 2016 Accord Coupe Touring to arrive). More

It was about 5:30 pm and out of desperation we called our dealership. TJ Mitchell was the only person still there and did answer the phone. We explained the problem and he told us to go to Auto Zone to get the codes checked and to call him back. We did make it home that night. TJ called first thing Tuesday morning to be sure we were home. We took the car in and he made sure it was taken care of. We appreciated the good service, but as two females traveling and a long way from home, it was wonderful to have someone willing to work after hours to be sure a customer was taken care of. That was before I found Autum and T.J.. I took my '03 Accord in because the temp/radio/info screen went bonkers. I asked to have it checked out and get an estimate before fixing it because I was really expensive to replace it, and the car was out of warranty. I returned to find they had replaced it at NO CHARGE, even though I hadn't purchased the car from them, because it shouldn't have failed. I have been a customer ever since. They are honest, provide excellent service,very professional and treat you like family. They always great you by name and actually listen to their customers. If you haven't tried them, then you have no idea what true customer service is all about. Trust me, you won't ever want to go anywhere else. And by the way, the sales department is also excellent. Truly courteous, professional and very helpful. I stopped by to ask a question or look at something or other probably 50 times before I bought my car. The sales person was always helpful, knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions till I was absolutely sure of what I wanted. Recently I met Ben McCanless; he is the same way as my last sales person at this dealership. Great guy, glad to answer questions, very knowledgeable and very patient. More
dead battery From out of town. Had a dead battery. I was tired and stressed out. came to the service dept to see if they could help. TJ Mitchell and Drew Quinn as From out of town. Had the car jumped and came back to the service dept. They checked to make sure that was the problem, had a new battery put in and was out of there in less than 30 minutes!!! How wonderful was that!!!! TJ Mitchell and Drew Quinn were very pleasant to work with and very helful!!!!Thank you!!!!!! More

While i was nervous at first to get my car fixed by a dealership, since i have a whole family full of mechanics back home that have always told all the horrors stories, i was quickly relieved but how myself and my vehicle were taken care of. I would highly recommended Columbia Honda again. More

recommended service that was not needed. Took the car in for 50,000 maintenance. They came up with about $500 worth of work that needed to be done to maintain the car. There was an air and pollen cleaning, fuel induction cleaning, brake and power steering fluid replacement and we were told we should not pass up the AC fresh and cool special for 69.95. From my research, the only thing that maybe needs to be done is the brake fluid. Nothing was on the honda official schedule at 50,000 miles. Be careful More
