Very helpful I was prepared for a big bill and when I called and spoke to TJ he said he would take care of me and to just swing by. He was great and was able to fix my problem in a short amount of time and more importantly cost less than $10. The staff there is always very helpful and friendly. I will continue to keep bringing my vehicle there for service in the future. More

The staff is excellent at explaining anything that is wrong with your vehicle and letting you know if the repair can wait until your next visit. amazing service, helped me avoid a disaster! There's a lot to this story but here's the short version. I was driving my dad (grew up in KC as a Royals fan, now lives in NY) to KC from STL (where There's a lot to this story but here's the short version. I was driving my dad (grew up in KC as a Royals fan, now lives in NY) to KC from STL (where I live, after growing up in NY as a Mets fan) to attend Game #2 of the Royals v. Mets 2015 World Series. Broke down on I-70 and had a great tow truck driver deposit us at Columbia Honda. First pitch was just a few hours away, we'd been making great time, suddenly had no car and making it to the game seemed less likely with each passing minute. TJ greeted us with a smile, quickly determined how badly we needed to get back on the road and calmly reassured us he'd get us taken care of. He sure did. Turned out all we needed was a new battery but he balanced running all diagnostics to ensure we didn't break down again against the need to get rolling towards Kaufmann Stadium as quickly as possible. Without TJ taking a real interest in helping us get back on the road QUICKLY and SAFELY we would have missed the World Series game and not had the memorable father/son experience that we were counting on. And TJ even called me the next afternoon to check in and make sure we made it to KC for the game and safely back to STL without further car trouble. TJ - your customer experience was really fantastic and we are so fortunate to have met you last week. You saved us!! More

John, Autum, and T.J. always go above and beyond to see that I get great service as to the work done and in making things convenient for my schedule. Today, T.J. took care of an update of the software for our power steering and made extra efforts to get the service done with a fast turnaround for me. We have four Hondas and service them all at Columbia Honda because of these great people in the service department. More

Award Winning Service Got a recall for the power steering om my 2013 Accord on Tuesday morning. While I was out running errands Wednesday, I went by the dealership to sched Got a recall for the power steering om my 2013 Accord on Tuesday morning. While I was out running errands Wednesday, I went by the dealership to schedule an appointment to have the recall service done. TJ told me they could get me in the next day, Thursday morning, if that worked for my schedule. I arrived at 8AM and was Done and on my way by 9AM. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!! Every other place I have ever been for service I have had to wait days to get in and leave my car all day or maybe two so they could work on it when they got around to it. Definitely not the case here. TJ and Autum are very respectful of their customers time and schedule. They make appointments at the convenience of the customers schedule, not when they feel like getting around to it. My 2003 Accord, then 2008 and most currently my 2013 Accord have had all their warranty and service work done at this dealers service department and they have ALWAYS done an excellent job. You will not find a better place than this to have your Honda serviced. Guaranteed More
