Short Notice - Great Attention On June 25, 2019, I was preparing to leave for a driving trip to the east coast. However, both my passenger window and sun/moon roof haven't been oper On June 25, 2019, I was preparing to leave for a driving trip to the east coast. However, both my passenger window and sun/moon roof haven't been operable for a month and I haven't had time to do a service appointment. I called and talked to Andrew and said it could be a simple fix and if they had time. I was expecting him to say that I should make an appointment. He told me to come in as soon as I could. When I did, Andrew ran some trouble shooting but couldn't get the windows to work. He went back and asked two service techs if they had any idea. They didn't. He could have said at this point to make an appointment. I wouldn't have disagreed. He then ran it by TJ who offered to try his hand. He tried some simple things first and then performed a hard reset on the battery. That's when both windows started to work. This is the type of service that builds customer loyalty. It was clear that TJ and Andrew wanted to get me on the road safely and with peace of mind and understood I didn't have much time. They were great. And so I'm happy to make this review. Thanks TJ and Andrew. More

The suspension had been modified by the previous owner. The original parts that had been replaced were included in a box when I purchased the vehicle from another dealer. The add-on kit parts were making an annoying rattle when the truck was driven. Phillip helped me determine how it should be rectified. The kit parts were removed and the original parts were reinstalled at the Honda Service Center. The noise problem was eliminated. More
Beyond happy! I am beyond happy with the service I received at Columbia Honda! Went in for new tires and found out I needed an additional service or my Pilot was no I am beyond happy with the service I received at Columbia Honda! Went in for new tires and found out I needed an additional service or my Pilot was not going to run much longer. T.J. walked me through the whole process, showed me in detail what was wrong and because of this service he gave, he immediately earned my trust. Another shout out to the sales manager Matt McMahon whom also went above and beyond with communication to make me feel at ease. I will continue to be a return customer because of this experience! Will always take my cars here I have been going to Honda service for four years now! I also have personally worked with tj, the whole time. He is always busy making sure your car I have been going to Honda service for four years now! I also have personally worked with tj, the whole time. He is always busy making sure your car and yourself have been well taken care of!!! I trust him with my car, and am worry free when there. I trust very few shops in this town, because of how shady other places are but have complete faith in Honda's service team! I highly recommend anyone to go here verses anywhere else. More

Best Service Department in Columbia! I don't generally write reviews but I just had to write a review for these guys. I've been coming to Columbia Honda for years, I really appreciate the I don't generally write reviews but I just had to write a review for these guys. I've been coming to Columbia Honda for years, I really appreciate the Manager there, John, who helped me with a tricky situation years ago. Since then, he always greets me by name and is kind to me. This dealer is SO much more than that though! I had stayed far away from Dealer service departments mostly due to high prices of getting a vehicle fixed at a dealer, but I've called around and the prices at this dealer and the quality really can't be beat. I always get an oil change for half of what the dealership down the street charges. The prices are really reasonable and I never feel over charged. The main reason though that I use this dealership is that I TRUST them, they never tell me I need to fix things that don't need to be worried about. Yesterday I brought in an older Civic I had purchased, I knew it needed several repairs and the check engine light was on, so honestly I was expecting to hear I probably needed to pay about 1000.00. TJ called to inform me of my car, he said that the check engine light was due to a previous oil change at a different place that had used the wrong oil filter. The leak that I knew the car had, they said really didn't need to be repaired right at this moment and for now we could just watch it. They fixed the interior light, did an oil change, a state inspection, changed the battery in my key and my grand total was 49.00 Another dealer in town wanted to charge me 59.00 for every single thing I asked them to check. TJ and John, Kevin as well as the others at this dealership are truly the best and I appreciate all that they do and am so thankful for their service!! More
Outstanding service TJ and the rest of the Honda service crew are always outstanding.
