Trim piece was not installed correctly. Had to make a follow up appointment on March 10th. The hood was not shut properly. The safety latch kept it from flying open going on I-70. Additional critical maintenance services were suggested after the multiple-point inspection showed need (and available records showed them past-due). These were then completed in the same appointment: change of engine transmission fluid, change of power-steering fluid, and change of rear-wheel-drive differential-case fluid. More
