Trent Custard and Dave Johnson found THE car we wanted at 6 pm on Friday night, sent a driver to pick it up in Illinois, met with us at noon on Saturday and we were rolling out of the dealership by 2:30. They had a great playroom for our 2 year old grandson to play in, snacks and drinks for our 11 and 14 year old granddaughters and gave them each a stocking cap. We have definitely found the best dealership in Columbia to buy a car. Thanks guys for the greatest experience and feeling like we were royalty. More

Took the time to teach us about some of the features on the car since we hadn't purchased one in 12 years. Found one small problem and Trent had that fixed and put gas in the car to make sure we could get home. All that in one afternoon. More

Above and Beyond Service! On a bright and sunny Thursday evening I was on my home from work. It was about 5:30 when I hit a curb and popped my tire. A friend and her husband c On a bright and sunny Thursday evening I was on my home from work. It was about 5:30 when I hit a curb and popped my tire. A friend and her husband came to change the tire and we quickly found out that my lugnut "key" was no longer in my possession. I called Columbia Honda thinking that they had neglected to return the "key" to lugnut bag. I spoke with TJ Mitchell who is the Assistant Service Manager. He assured me that his service department did not have it since they did not use the customer's keys. They had several sets to fit a variety of models. I voiced my disappointment because I really had no idea where the key was and how I was going to get my tire changed. TJ inquired about my location and told me that he would be there in about 30 minutes (he was clear across town) with some sets to get the tire off. What?! He was coming to help? That was awesome!! He arrived some time later and attempted to find the correct "key" to remove the lugnut. My relief was short lived as he found that the sets he had couldn't unlock the lugnut. Now, what was I going to do? TJ then asked me to give him some more time. He was going to go back to the dealership and get more sets. He then asked for my keys and told me that he would get the tire changed and lock my keys in the car and it will be done in about an hour! I was floored. Here was this guy that had no reason to spend his time to fix my mistake, but he was doing it! We left and a few hours later I returned to my car and to find that not only had he changed to tire, but he had removed and replaced on the locked lugnuts. I would now have no trouble changing my tires! I purchased my car from Columbia Honda and have taken it to them for every oil change. The service department has always been helpful, kind, and informative. They inform me of areas of concern that they find and give me options on how to handle them. However, this act of service truly went above and beyond what I would ever expect. Thank you to TJ for his generous sacrifice of his time and talent. More

So I had to go to Car dealerships and then I thought about owning a Honda. Once me and my aunt walked in, Doug Walker asked how can I help you. I personally had an awesome time looking, driving and talking about cars with Doug. He is young, "hip", relaxing and knowledgeable when it pertains to cars. He asked questions so he can help me with my situation and could find what I am looking for in a car. He then looked on his stock list and told me what they have to offer for the best possible price. He understood what is it like to buy a car and is not your stereotypical type of car salesman of being overbearing. Furthermore, I had an overall enjoyable experience and I am personally going to keep Doug's card because I know we will be good partners in the car business.
