Fast, Accommodating, and Highly Professional I believe that Trent is one of the top rated sales professionals I have had the privilege of working with. I met Trent in one of my service visits to I believe that Trent is one of the top rated sales professionals I have had the privilege of working with. I met Trent in one of my service visits to the dealership and became acquainted with him one early morning. I believe he understood my interests and was very patient with me in regards to my purchase timeline and effectiveness of my research for the right vehicle. He took the interest and time to hear what I said, and let me take the time to find the right vehicle and the right time frame to buy. When I accomplished those things, he answered my questions promptly, suggested alternatives without presuming, and allowed me to know all the available information I needed to make an informed decision. I feel that I made an excellent decision to buy local, with people that had my interest at heart and gave me the exact opportunity to accomplish what I needed to in regards to my Honda Accord. I had the privilege and opportunity to work with Trent and the Sales Managers to accomplish exactly what I was looking for in my vehicle and I couldn't recommend another dealership as highly as I do Columbia Honda. More
TERRIBLE FINANCE DEPT. AND MANAGEMENT Wanted to buy 40k plus truck cash. Talked me into trying there finance guy. Finally agreed but said NOT me personally and NOT more than 2 banks. Told them it would be tricky in beginning that's why I just want to pay CASH. DO NOT WANT A BUNCH OF INQUIRIES ON MY CREDIT. .Assured me they completely understand and that won't happen. LIES. Kept me waiting 2 hours. Ran it 10 times With over 6 banks. After business loan was gonna be tricky they took it apon themselves to run it personally in my name. It's not like I left. I was sitting 25 feet away. Never came out and talked to me. JUST DID IT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Told me good news got you done personally So UPSET!!!!. I was out of time to keep looking for this truck my business needed. So I wrote them a $44000 check, bought the truck and left. Didn't even know how many banks until the letters from over 6 banks kept showing up in my mailbox. 2 at a time one in business name and one in my name from each bank. Finally called management said I want to know how many banks and times you guys ran my information. He said 10. ALL FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. it wasn't like they were gonna loose the deal. Just there commission for the loan. GREED!!!!! Very disappointed and filing complaints at all possible avenues. More
Best Service Department in Columbia! I don't generally write reviews but I just had to write a review for these guys. I've been coming to Columbia Honda for years, I really appreciate the I don't generally write reviews but I just had to write a review for these guys. I've been coming to Columbia Honda for years, I really appreciate the Manager there, John, who helped me with a tricky situation years ago. Since then, he always greets me by name and is kind to me. This dealer is SO much more than that though! I had stayed far away from Dealer service departments mostly due to high prices of getting a vehicle fixed at a dealer, but I've called around and the prices at this dealer and the quality really can't be beat. I always get an oil change for half of what the dealership down the street charges. The prices are really reasonable and I never feel over charged. The main reason though that I use this dealership is that I TRUST them, they never tell me I need to fix things that don't need to be worried about. Yesterday I brought in an older Civic I had purchased, I knew it needed several repairs and the check engine light was on, so honestly I was expecting to hear I probably needed to pay about 1000.00. TJ called to inform me of my car, he said that the check engine light was due to a previous oil change at a different place that had used the wrong oil filter. The leak that I knew the car had, they said really didn't need to be repaired right at this moment and for now we could just watch it. They fixed the interior light, did an oil change, a state inspection, changed the battery in my key and my grand total was 49.00 Another dealer in town wanted to charge me 59.00 for every single thing I asked them to check. TJ and John, Kevin as well as the others at this dealership are truly the best and I appreciate all that they do and am so thankful for their service!! More

Great service! I needed a new mirror for my 07 Honda Civic. I was going to attach it myself (only 2 screws), but once I got home, I realized there was a part that ne I needed a new mirror for my 07 Honda Civic. I was going to attach it myself (only 2 screws), but once I got home, I realized there was a part that needed removed first. I called them and they told me to drive through the service lane. TJ quickly removed the part, as well as put the whole thing in, for free. Everyone was so polite and willing to go out of their way to help me, just for a little part! It really makes me want to go back if I need a new(er) car in the future. More
