The staff at Columbia are always friendly and professional. Kevin W was my advisor, I came in a day early of my appointment and he was able to get me in and out quickly. The service department has always been professional and easy going in answering questions. Parts ordered and mechanical issue fixed on one of our older vehicles, and also regular maintenance on our Honda O easy going in answering questions. He supplied me with information pertaining to me being from out of state that was extremely helpful. He explained all of the technology that came with the car and I actually understood it, ha ha! I highly recommend doing business with Michael. He was attentive and got everything done from the moment I called him at the dealership on Wednesday, including sending a virtual video of the car, until I arrived there on Friday for my appointment.
