He was well-informed, friendly, and the kind of salesman who made us WANT to buy from him. We spent the weekend trying to quickly replace a car we were expecting to drive for a while, and experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly of car dealerships pretty much everywhere, except at Honda. He never treated us as less worthy of their time just because we bought an inexpensive car--something I'm sad to say happened elsewhere.
