Short Notice - Great Attention On June 25, 2019, I was preparing to leave for a driving trip to the east coast. However, both my passenger window and sun/moon roof haven't been oper On June 25, 2019, I was preparing to leave for a driving trip to the east coast. However, both my passenger window and sun/moon roof haven't been operable for a month and I haven't had time to do a service appointment. I called and talked to Andrew and said it could be a simple fix and if they had time. I was expecting him to say that I should make an appointment. He told me to come in as soon as I could. When I did, Andrew ran some trouble shooting but couldn't get the windows to work. He went back and asked two service techs if they had any idea. They didn't. He could have said at this point to make an appointment. I wouldn't have disagreed. He then ran it by TJ who offered to try his hand. He tried some simple things first and then performed a hard reset on the battery. That's when both windows started to work. This is the type of service that builds customer loyalty. It was clear that TJ and Andrew wanted to get me on the road safely and with peace of mind and understood I didn't have much time. They were great. And so I'm happy to make this review. Thanks TJ and Andrew. More

I was an internet shopper and their communication was very quick and effective, as we put together an agreement within a day including the pickup of the vehicle. I was willing to make a nearly 4 hour drive from Des Moines to work with them, so that gives an indication of my level of satisfaction. Once on-site, the sales/paperwork process was efficient as well, as I was in/out (including valuation and execution of a trade-in) in under an hour. Overall, it was as good of an experience as possible...I am a very satisfied buyer! More

The add-on kit parts were making an annoying rattle when the truck was driven. Phillip helped me determine how it should be rectified. The kit parts were removed and the original parts were reinstalled at the Honda Service Center. The noise problem was eliminated. More
