TJ has exceeded my high expectations and earned my trust. He is the only person that I have given the power to perform ANY service he deems necessary without asking for approval. I trust that he will only perform service on my Honda that are truly needed at a price that is fair for both myself and the dealership. He has even coordinated repairs on his day off to ensure my high expectations are followed. More times than I can count, he has saved my day when I needed an unexpected repair completed quickly.
