I trust the dealership to not try to hoodwink me into unneeded procedures. I think they are careful, knowledgeable and thorough. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that they didn’t call me to unneeded procedures. I think they are careful, knowledgeable and thorough. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that they didn’t call me to tell me what was wrong—I had to call them mid-afternoon, when I was expecting to hear from them just after an hour. (So, by 11 am). By that time I did not have a way to make arrangements for an alternate vehicle. More
