I've had a bit of trouble lately with my 1994 Accord Coupe; unhesitatingly, I'm given a loaner. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for service or the purchase of a new car (currently waiting for my 2016 Accord Coupe Touring to arrive). More
Excellent help On 10/12 we were returning home from vacation and were about 160 miles from home when the engine light came on in our 2011 Honda Pilot, which we had p On 10/12 we were returning home from vacation and were about 160 miles from home when the engine light came on in our 2011 Honda Pilot, which we had purchased 2 months before. It was about 5:30 pm and out of desperation we called our dealership. TJ Mitchell was the only person still there and did answer the phone. We explained the problem and he told us to go to Auto Zone to get the codes checked and to call him back. We did make it home that night. TJ called first thing Tuesday morning to be sure we were home. We took the car in and he made sure it was taken care of. We appreciated the good service, but as two females traveling and a long way from home, it was wonderful to have someone willing to work after hours to be sure a customer was taken care of. We really appreciate TJ and the service we received. Pat Burns More

That was before I found Autum and T.J.. I took my '03 Accord in because the temp/radio/info screen went bonkers. I asked to have it checked out and get an estimate before fixing it because I was really expensive to replace it, and the car was out of warranty. I returned to find they had replaced it at NO CHARGE, even though I hadn't purchased the car from them, because it shouldn't have failed. I have been a customer ever since. They are honest, provide excellent service,very professional and treat you like family. They always great you by name and actually listen to their customers. If you haven't tried them, then you have no idea what true customer service is all about. Trust me, you won't ever want to go anywhere else. And by the way, the sales department is also excellent. Truly courteous, professional and very helpful. I stopped by to ask a question or look at something or other probably 50 times before I bought my car. The sales person was always helpful, knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions till I was absolutely sure of what I wanted. Recently I met Ben McCanless; he is the same way as my last sales person at this dealership. Great guy, glad to answer questions, very knowledgeable and very patient. More
Buying a Ford Diesel at a Honda This is not a typical buying a super reliable Honda story at a Honda dealership. This is about buying a used Ford F250 Diesel truck at a Honda dealer This is not a typical buying a super reliable Honda story at a Honda dealership. This is about buying a used Ford F250 Diesel truck at a Honda dealership. I found the truck online at cars.com and was attracted to come see the vehicle 150 miles away by the price, mileage, and powertrain warranty. I figured that since the truck was at a Honda dealership they would also make sure the truck was tip top. Unfortunately when I took the truck for a test drive, in the first 200 feet, I tested out the 4x4 high mode. It turned on the defroster which means that the 4x4 was broke. I was really bummed because I drove 2.5 hours for nothing. The service department stepped up and put it on the lift and said “we can fix it!” I was a little skeptical but noticed one of the service guys drove a 2500 diesel, so I thought what the heck. After a bit of negotiation, we finally agreed to a price and they gave me a fair deal on my trade in. All in all I was pleased. In the state of Missouri, you have 3 days to return a vehicle to a dealership. During this time, we had discussed that I would take the truck to a local diesel specialist shop in Kansas City (Absolute Powerstroke in Liberty) to get it checked out (I don’t know a thing about diesel engines). After they checked out the vehicle they discovered an issue with it (known issue with the 6.0L Ford Diesel engine). The Honda dealership said, no worries we will come get the truck and fix it. The sent a driver out and swapped me for a loaner car while they fixed it. They did a great job getting in repaired in a couple of days and sent a driver back out to swap me cars. I couldn’t be happier. Columbia Honda was more than fair and I felt like they did an excellent job in customer service. If you are thinking about getting a new or used car, be rest assured they will do what they can to make your experience easy and frustration free. More

Had the car jumped and came back to the service dept. They checked to make sure that was the problem, had a new battery put in and was out of there in less than 30 minutes!!! How wonderful was that!!!! TJ Mitchell and Drew Quinn were very pleasant to work with and very helful!!!!Thank you!!!!!! More
