Terrible experience I worked with Frank on a trade-in. The management was very rude and pressured me. I spent close to 3 hours waiting around to finalize my deal. They cl I worked with Frank on a trade-in. The management was very rude and pressured me. I spent close to 3 hours waiting around to finalize my deal. They clearly didn't respect me possibly because I was younger than most customers. Then they promised to send gift cards for good reviews on this site. I'm almost positive this is against DealerRater's TOS and will be reporting that to them. More

Great Express I went to Columbia Honda because I was interested in the 2016 Accord Sport. I was not planning on purchasing that day. Worked with Sean Farris (salesman) Caleb White and Mike Miller (Managers). Told them what my expectations and they were very understanding. They shot me the best deal the first time and gave me the opportunity to go home and sleep on it. Decided to purchase that day. I knew I truly was getting the best deal by them not pushing the car on me. Love the car and the experience you have a customer for life! More
