My sales representative (Ryne Armstrong) even returned a phone call after he had left work. This level of professionalism was even more evident when I arrived at the dealership this morning. Not only did they have preset appointments displayed for an easy transition upon arrival, but also Ryne was waiting at the front desk promptly at the start of my appointment at 11 AM. From the small things, such as making sure I was settled in with a perfect cup of coffee, to starting with pulling my credit information so that we could maximize on our time today, this was most certainly my best vehicle purchasing experience. The sales team was not only professional, but also personable, engaged, and conducted sales with integrity. Excellent experience Before going to the actual dealership, I looked through its website. After finding the vehicle I thought I wanted, I called and spoke with Kayla Piko Before going to the actual dealership, I looked through its website. After finding the vehicle I thought I wanted, I called and spoke with Kayla Pikop. She listened to my thoughts and ideas and we discussed the vehicles available. Later in the evening, I texted Kayla, she gave me her cell in case I had any questions, asking about pricing, rebates and discounts. She immediately answered all questions. I was so delighted with my experience already, the next day I went to the dealership to discuss a purchase. Again, Kayla was super helpful and VERY patient with me. Once I decided on the exact car, the managers worked with me on pricing and the finance department got me an even better percentage rate than I had on my pre-approval from my bank. There was no unnecessary haggling. Great experience from start to finish. I would without hesitation recommend family and friends to purchase a vehicle from Columbia Honda. More
