Great Service! We have been searching for vehicles about 2 weeks. We went to STL dealership, Jeff City dealership, and some dealership in Columbia as well. My husban We have been searching for vehicles about 2 weeks. We went to STL dealership, Jeff City dealership, and some dealership in Columbia as well. My husband found a couple of CR-Vs on Columbia Honda website and we went to see the vehicles on site later on that night. We ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned CR-V the very next day with Ben McCanless! He is very thorough and has tons of knowledge on Honda vehicles. He is not pushy like most of salesperson we had dealt with. Dave Johnson, the manager who we dealt with, was also very sharp and easy to communicate. Keith was our financial guy and he was so efficient and prepared with our paperwork, which only took him about 10 minutes to complete the entire loan process. Then we come back and the have a kids play room which was just mesmerizing too our 21 month old, which then we had T.J. Mitchell taking care of us, made sure my family was comfortable and content, T.J and his mechanic that helped service my car did a very thorough check on my car, I had no idea what to do since there was a long list, so he put me in a rental at his cost told me to call him when I figured out what I could do, he told me the most important things that needed done and what we could wait on. But I told him I just needed it all fixed so he, even found a way to help on a little of the cost which he truly didn't have to do. If your looking to take your car to a place that is there for just more then a pay check and is there to make you feel treated like a family, well T.J. Mitchell will be there to help! More

Outstanding Customer Service We went in yesterday to look at 3 used SUV's (all exact same thing) they had on their lot. When we arrived we were greeted immediately as though we were long term customers, when this is the first time we've ever even been there. We worked with Michelle and she spent the entire time genuinely helping us make the decision that was best for us - never once pressuring us into what was good for the dealership. The questions she asked seemed like someone who was really to get us to talk through our options so WE could look at all the pros and cons. We also worked with Dave the sales manager and he was the exact same way. We were never rushed or pushed into anything that felt uncomfortable. All the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome the entire time - even those we weren't working with directly! We could not be happier with our purchase or the great experience we had here! More
