He was fun to interact with and did a great job of showing me how to use the cool features of the vehicle I purchased. Nick Costanza was also excellent with handling the finance side of things. Considering that it was around 9pm when we were wrapping up, he was very patient with answering all my questions and did a great job of explaining certain things like gap insurance.
