I desperately needed a different car but put it off for months because I hate the car shopping experience. I found a used Honda Pilot on line and set up a time to test drive it. Trent Custard was my sales person. He was low keyed, polite, listened to my needs and fears and was so easy to work with. Trent did not pressure me in to anything I didn't want to do, he listened to what I needed and I felt like he advocated for getting as much as I could out of my 10 year old CRV.
