I was taken aback about being able to just hop in and drive as before at the same dealership i needed a sale person to accompany me for the drive. Over the next 7-10 days he worked with me to find the right CR-V model, color and interior. He made the experience easy with never any pressure to "buy now". More
Nick Costanza: A Total Disaster I have recently purchased a CRV from Honda Columbia. While my experience with sales person very pleasant, the experience with financial/business person, Mr. Nick Costanza is a total disaster. He is simply a LIAR and extremely RUDE. Let me write the whole story: after settling the deal with manger (off course with Obada’s assistance), I was sent to this (Nick) disaster guy. After completing the finance application, this guy said Honda put a red flag on my SSN and he needed to see my SSN card. I had W-2, tax return, etc. but he kept on insisting that my SSN is red flagged although I have two houses with mortgage and without having any issue. Next question he asked me: what is the interest rate I was looking for. I said since HONDA offer 0.9% on most model and with my 780+ credit score, I am looking at 2% or below and above 2% I won’t buy the car. Then he said my HONDA rate is 3.74%, which I declined and wanted to walk off. Then he offered 2.6%, which I again declined. After some time, he offered me 2% with $3000 warranty purchase. It’s only natural that I declined and ready to walk off. On the way to exit, he again came to me and said ok 2% is done. I accepted it and entered his room. He printed the paper and asked me to sign. To my surprise, he added $1500 as a warranty fee, which I declined again. And finally he printed a new paper with 2% interest only. I was happy and started to sign. After signing few paper, I again figured out that this time he screwed the price. During the negotiation, manager agreed to reduce the price by $447 and total price of the car including sales tax, dealer fees, trade in values was agreed at $21300. This disaster Nick this time kept the price of the car fixed and deducted $447 from sales tax to make it $21300. He was xxxx bent on that and arguing that he can only reduce the tax not the car price to make it $21300. Sales person came in his room and stated this simple fact that this $447, which manager agreed to offer me should come from the car price not the sales tax. During this time, he even purposefully estimated the less amount of sales tax than the actual one. I spent an hour to settle this issue. Finally, when he agreed to this simple fact, this disaster master behaved extremely rude to finish the paper work. He was hitting the computer keyboards as if he was dropping one bombshell on every key . Without this disaster Nick, I believe HONDA Columbia customer will be much better off. More

Only one negative, the mud flaps were not installed at purchase, will have to use my time for this, supposedly be reimbursed ! I would highly recommend this young man and this dealership. More

Our family recently purchased a Honda Odyssey and from the moment we walked through the doors we felt as though we were family! Trent, Dave and Jill all made our experience very enjoyable!! They were helpful, professional and a ton of fun! They went as far as to giving our two toddlers hats which they loved, programming our phones and our favorite channels into our new vehicle and following up with us after our purchase to ensure we were happy with our decision! We cannot thank Columbia Honda enough for the great customer service!!! More
