Arrived and my van was taken into servicing right away. Was rolling out the door in 35 minutes. The waiting area is comfortable and all of the associates at the dealership said hi! Trim piece was not installed correctly. Had to make a follow up appointment on March 10th. The hood was not shut properly. The safety latch kept it from flying open going on I-70.
