Service reps are great. But my car was leaking the next day. bobby and all the other service reps are always friendly and helpful. Had a power steering line changed. The next day, an oily fluid was leaking a HUG bobby and all the other service reps are always friendly and helpful. Had a power steering line changed. I explained that the passenger headlight went out on my new Ford Fiesta. The Service representative asked all the necessary questions to properly assess and correct the situation. Another representative came out to tell me that they would have to get the replacement bulb from another location and that it would be ready in 10 minutes. The staff was quick, professional, and apologetic for the "bad bulb". More
