One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had! I reached out to them via email about a new Forte GT and I received a response almost immediately. Diane was able to answer all of my questions in a I reached out to them via email about a new Forte GT and I received a response almost immediately. Diane was able to answer all of my questions in a very timely manner from the very first email. When I asked about the price, I was directed to an online service on their website, which was a seamless process. Everything was very transparent. From there, I worked with Diane to pick a day to come purchase the vehicle. When Diane found out I was traveling from 2 hours away and had difficulty getting a ride, she offered me a car service to come pick me up and drive me to the dealership! Unbelievable customer service. When I arrived at the dealership, Diane had the car prepped and ready for a test drive. After that, I went in to speak with Jake about the financing. Jake was extremely professional and had a great sense of humor. The finance office was a very pleasant experience. Again, everything was transparent and Jake took the time to go over everything with me, even before closing time. Before I left the dealership, Diane took the time to help me setup my Kia Access account, and showed me how to use all the different features in the vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a Kia or Ford, especially Diane and Jake. Could not have asked for a better buying experience because of their great service! My wife and I recently purchased a 2023 Kia Niro from Dave Munkelt at Columbia Kia. It was without a doubt, the best car buying experience we have ever had. We went to the dealership thinking we might Dave Munkelt at Columbia Kia. It was without a doubt, the best car buying experience we have ever had. We went to the dealership thinking we might want another Kia Sportage, but we weren't totally sure. After Dave showed us the available Sportage inventory, he suggested we take a look at the Niro that was sitting on the showroom floor. We had absolutely no knowledge of a Niro, and Dave very politely explained everything about the car. No pressure, very polite and friendly. The kind of person you feel very comfortable and relaxed with. After showing us the Niro, he gave us a tour of the dealership. After doing a little shopping around, we went back and bought the Niro, almost identical to the one Dave showed us. Between Dave and Eli, we put the sale together and they advised us they could get the car to us mid November, almost a month away. Within a day or two, Dave called and said they were able to get one from another dealer. Few days later we were picking up the car. There is no doubt that Dave is a very valuable asset to the Columbia Kia dealership. Also, thanks to Jake Gurzier, Eli Belyi and Ryan Mcleod for their help. One last comment - Dave would be on vacation on the day we picked up the car, as his father was visiting from out of state, and Dave said that if we wanted, he would come in at the scheduled pickup time to finish up the sale with us. We said that would not be necessary, but my point is, how many salesman/lady would offer that? More
