One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had! I reached out to them via email about a new Forte GT and I received a response almost immediately. Diane was able to answer all of my questions in a very timely manner from the very first email. When I asked about the price, I was directed to an online service on their website, which was a seamless process. Everything was very transparent. From there, I worked with Diane to pick a day to come purchase the vehicle. When Diane found out I was traveling from 2 hours away and had difficulty getting a ride, she offered me a car service to come pick me up and drive me to the dealership! Unbelievable customer service. When I arrived at the dealership, Diane had the car prepped and ready for a test drive. After that, I went in to speak with Jake about the financing. Jake was extremely professional and had a great sense of humor. The finance office was a very pleasant experience. Again, everything was transparent and Jake took the time to go over everything with me, even before closing time. Before I left the dealership, Diane took the time to help me setup my Kia Access account, and showed me how to use all the different features in the vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a Kia or Ford, especially Diane and Jake. Could not have asked for a better buying experience because of their great service!
