I was very pleased with my purchase experience at Columbia Ford Kia. Terry St Onge, Sales Representative was knowledgable of the Ford product line and vehicle features. He provided helpful advice for selecting the right vehicle. The Sales Manager, Matt and the Finance Associate were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as well. I decided to visit the dealership because they had the product inventory of the model that I was interested in purchasing. Additionally, their practice of posting the internet price gave me an indication of what I might expect to pay. The actual price paid turned out to be less than that which coupled with factory sponsored financing incentives made the decision to purchase easy. More

I felt very comfortable with the purchase experience from the original sales contact explaining the features of the Focus, the test drive and full explanation of the options.
