100% Satisfied....Excellent customer service level by Allen!!! His sincere empathy and understanding of my situation (negative equity with a vehicle purchased from another dealer) along with his knowledg Allen!!! His sincere empathy and understanding of my situation (negative equity with a vehicle purchased from another dealer) along with his knowledge and experience made my decision to purchase very easy. I appreciate how Allen gave me several options to improve my financial dilemma and how he was very genuine in making honest and practical suggestions to improve my situation. After I reached my decision to purchase, Allen (and Matt in Financing) went above and beyond when processing the sale and my new car delivery great. I felt like my interests and financial complications were taken very seriously and there was no feeling at any time of a dealership just trying to push a new car on me. As a result of the positive experience and professionalism carried out by Allen and staff, I am convinced that Columbia Ford is where I would like to develop a long term relationship with for future car purchases (my kids and girlfriend). I believe I was offered a fair deal. I probably could have bargained for more, but I was happy. In consideration of this being 2014 and the vehicle I was looking for was a 2013 ( with not a lot of choice have bargained for more, but I was happy. In consideration of this being 2014 and the vehicle I was looking for was a 2013 ( with not a lot of choices out in the market) the guys did right by me. I probably could have been more choosy, but the vehicle with the color they found was satisfactory. I was treated with dignity by cordial, respectful people. Could I have gotten a better deal?
