General Sales Manager, Chris Messier, is a very personable family man who is hard not to like. Columbia Ford Kia has an Enterprise car rental on premises and they made arrangements to return my car rental on my behalf, even though the rental was from an Enterprise in Colchester. On the day of delivery, my bank wouldn't clear the insurance check that I needed for my down payment until the next day. Columbia Ford Kia let me drive home my car with a dealer plate until the check cleared. Also, Chris took the time to explain every feature of the vehicle. He even set up the Bluetooth connection between my phone and the car. Overall, I highly recommend Columbia Ford Kia. The team is courteous, professional, and accommodating. If you're thirsty, they have plenty of cold, bottled water compliments of the house. More
