I came into the showroom thinking I'm going to have another bad experience and that didn't happen. Once I talked to Chris L., John S. and Denny - I thought to myself - finally, someone's listening and cares. I'm a shopper that knows what I want and I have little tolerance for 'sales pitch' talk. These guys were great - sincere and understood what my requirements were. They were committed to my needs and turned this to an exceptional experience. Exceptional Customer Service Aaron was fantastic! Friendly, courteous and knowledgable. The deal was fair w/o a lot of back and forth. The car was exactly what my wife wanted , u Aaron was fantastic! The car was exactly what my wife wanted , unfortunately, on the way home to MA the car vibrated at 50-70mph, the rear-view mirror couldn't focus because of shaking and is still doing it. We called Aaron immediately and he is working to get us into our local Ford dealer to rectify the problem. We took the car home the same day as purchasing and thus, Columbia didn't have a chance to road test...other than this disappointment, Aaron, Erick Gates and the entire experience were top-notch. We'd buy from Aaron again w/o question....he is an asset to your company, BTW, my wife and I thought your dealership was outstanding and fun. We'll be back for sure. Spoke to Jake prior to arriving at the dealership. With one left in college, I didn't want to use too much of my savings. Again, I sat with Tony Mauro to determine the best car for my money and within a budget to get me through the next two years with minimal expenses.
