Overall the experience was good, the only thing I can complain about was Eric. He did not know his rebates and was hesitate working with us. He seemed nervous and lacked confidence. Jake was honest and did everything possible to make the sale go smoothly. I will picking up my Kia Sorento tomorrow, 3/1, and cannot wait! I am very excited to drive my new Kia and work with this dealership. I also meet with one of the general managers, Chris, who was amazing as well. Overall, this experience was good.
