When I told Doug exactly what I wanted in a car he kept looking until he found it. He also gave me an unbelievable deal on the car and on my trade in. Things moved smoothly and fast. Both John and Ali were great. I walked into the store asking for a focus car, and in TWO days I was drving the focus I wanted.
