This was an interesting test of this dealership's ability to solve a customer's various problems, many of which were trivial and personal (e.g. the fact that my daughter was asleep in the car...they met with to solve a customer's various problems, many of which were trivial and personal (e.g. the fact that my daughter was asleep in the car...they met with us outside, and kept bringing us information there). We had not expected to buy a car there, but it was our last visit to a dealership (after visiting a total of 9 others, two of which were Ford dealerships), because of the level of customer service. Excellent overall experience from the Internet emails with Jake to the Sales experience with Ed C and his Sales Mgr to the final processes with Sarah. I am very impresses with how smoothly that process went. I have purchased and leased many vehicles, and this experience rates as one of the most satisfying overall. While I have had some issues with the service department, the dealership, and in particular the dealer I worked with (John Senick), is great. He's a straight shooter and I felt like he got me the best possi the dealership, and in particular the dealer I worked with (John Senick), is great.
