I did a lot of searching around and the KIA vehicle I purchased (2014 KIA Forte) had the most interior cabin space than any of the other cars in its class, had a stronger engine, and was the most afforda purchased (2014 KIA Forte) had the most interior cabin space than any of the other cars in its class, had a stronger engine, and was the most affordable. VERY disappointed!!! I saw a few cars online that I liked. I used their "Black Book" estimater to get an idea of a trade in price on my car. I also used Kelly Blue Book to cross reference my trade in v liked. I used their "Black Book" estimater to get an idea of a trade in price on my car. I also used Kelly Blue Book to cross reference my trade in value. A salesman called me and invited me to make an appointment to see a few cars. We made an appointment for that night. When we got there, the car we wanted to see had "just left the lot" (first disappointment) but he was happy to show us more expensive cars. Despite that, we saw a few we liked. We went inside to talk numbers and after waiting about another 20 min, they stated the car we had was worth about 1/2 the KBB and their Black Book price. When asked why, the manager finally came out and told us that he agreed the car ran great and was in great condition, but there are many of those cars at auction and thats all he could get. They refused to stand behind their own website estimate or KBB. They even suggested we should have talked to a manger before making the 25 min drive to double check what the sales person said on the phone?! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with a place that wants to rip you off with the your trade in amount. We were there 2 hours!!! The only nice thing I can say is that the decor is nice and my kids enjoyed feeding the fish. What a joke!!!!! More

Tony was awesome!! And so was our entire experience at Columbia Ford!! We took a drive from Mystic on our Harley to check out trucks and have lunch at Columbia Ford’s café, which sadly was closed on Sunda Columbia Ford!! We walked in, showed Tony the 3 trucks we were interested in, discussed the internet pricing that prompted us to come in, and took a test drive. Knowing we were hungry, Tony fed us crackers and candy and supplied us with water. We were very thankful for that! In less than 2 hours we had left a deposit with an agreement to pick the truck up the next day. After shopping for a Ford F150 for a few weeks, we finally found a salesperson and dealership that worked with what we as customers wanted and didn’t give us a run-around. No wasted time waiting on negotiations and managers coming over to try to sell us on what we were not comfortable with. We got more than we ever expected!! We’ll be back soon to check out that Café, but the next time we come in to buy, it won’t be because of internet pricing, it will be because of the good customer service, fair pricing and ease of doing business. Thank you Tony and Columbia Ford. You have made us very happy customers!! More
Eric Miller was an excellent sales representative. He was very attentive and worked hard to get me a good price on my brand new Ford Focus in exactly the style I wanted. Eric came in on his day off to accommodate my busy work schedule and was always readily available by phone and email, unlike other sales consultants who were slow to respond to my questions. Matt Rosenlund did a great job getting me a good interest rate on my loan and fully explaining all of the paperwork. Eric and Columbia Ford took what is usually a difficult ordeal and turned it into a positive experience. I will be recommending them to everyone who asks about my new car. More
