I did a lot of online shopping prior to actually going to the showroom. I shopped with many dealerships. Jake Guzier was attentive, but never pushy. When I finally arrived at the showroom on Saturday, Tony Mauro worked for several hours with me to find a way to make what I wanted to happen, happen. Dale also jumped in to offer suggestions, and the gentleman in finance (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) was very pleasant and efficient. (AND, the finance person at the last dealership I went to was what made me say I will never go there again.) The atmosphere is one of comfort. Our sales rep, Eric Miller was more than helpful, in fact he bought us lunch. Eric had to make numerous trips back and forth throughout the day to complete the deal. The sales staff were very nice with great personality. My problems were with the organization, I am a single parent and I work over 40 hours a week. I was told the staff would take care of everything and I did more work than I was hoping for. My tire light is still on in my car, the inside of the car was dirty when I got it and there was a crack in the winshild (a small one) that I was not told about. My car recieved a "coat" to protect the paint that costs 400 dollars and I never approved that. When I had to sign the papers for it I was told that my father had approved it on the car when he went to check it. The price of the car was great and my parents have bought from the dealership berfore, also my daughter loved the fish and the candy. The intital customer service was great but the rest was not organized. More
Customer service was excellent. As soon as I submitted my online request, I received a response (on a Sunday afternoon!). I was contacted to set up an appointment to come in and view the inventory and meet w online request, I received a response (on a Sunday afternoon!). The staff at Columbia Ford was exceptional from Sharon at the front desk to everyone involved with our buying experience. Eric was exceptional. Taking the time to show me the inventory, explaining the details of the vehicles. He knew his stuff and was easy to talk to. The process of putting together the numbers and deal went well (only delay was caused because I didn't bring payoff figures). Trade in value for my previous vehicle was right in line with what I researched online. Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Columbia Ford. More
I waked in and the sales department desk was very friendly and helped me quickly. They called terry St Onge and I told him I was interested in the red 2013 mustang V6. I took the car for a test drive and loved it. terry was super and got me the best deal I could get and was a real down to earth guy . I would refer anyone looking for a car to him! I liked how we were treated and making sure we were completely informed of the car we were purchasing. The only issue was the fiananceing was listed on the website at 1.9 and Kia finance did not honor completely informed of the car we were purchasing.
