Overall the experience was good, the only thing I can complain about was Eric. He did not know his rebates and was hesitate working with us. He seemed nervous and lacked confidence. Once we went back to working with Jake ( we had been working with him online and when we came in we were "passed" off to Eric) everything was great. Jake was honest and did everything possible to make the sale go smoothly. I will picking up my Kia Sorento tomorrow, 3/1, and cannot wait! I am very excited to drive my new Kia and work with this dealership. I also meet with one of the general managers, Chris, who was amazing as well. Overall, this experience was good. It would have been great except for the hiccup in the beginning when we first arrived, but Chris and Jake definitely made up for it. More
We had a great experience at Columbia Ford. I don't think I've ever had an easier time at a dealership. Sean was able to find just the car we were looking for and get it to us the next day. My wife t think I've ever had an easier time at a dealership. Sean was able to find just the car we were looking for and get it to us the next day. My wife travels a lot for work, so when her old car died it was very important to us to get a new car quickly. Sean also spent plenty of time with us to go aver all the features of the car so we knew how everything worked. Great job by everyone. You can plan on seeing us again for our next new car! More

Jake was very helpful while working on the finance end. Chris as always was helpful as well. The rating is mostly for the day that I went to pick up my car. For me, car buying is always a harrowing experience. This time it was not. No pressure to upgrade, no pressure to BUY NOW, patience on the salesman's part, answers to all my questions and a straight answer w time it was not. No pressure to upgrade, no pressure to BUY NOW, patience on the salesman's part, answers to all my questions and a straight answer when he did not have the answer. His honesty was refreshing. Craig Gates has done a wonderful job in putting customer satisfaction and customer service first. The whole atmosphere of the dealership was customer oriented. It will be a pleasure to take a book in, sit in front of a fire on a comfortable couch and wait for my car to be serviced. Perhaps I will have a snack while I wait. Eric Miller was an outstanding customer service person. He is pleasant, engaging and knowledgeable without being pushy or aggressive. He went out of his way to accommodate me and be sensitive to my needs ie: time schedule etc. This was a very different experience, a pleasurable one. Thank you Craig Gates for making a dealership that responds to the customers needs and wants. More

It was Rick, "the Internet Guy" that just made it impossible for us not to come down after his friendly manner on the phone. It was the way Eric took the time to show us around, to explain to us more about the dealership, it was the way he engaged us about our family and what brought us in there. All of it was an outstanding experience! We live within 20 minutes of 4 Ford dealerships and because of their sales people and their lousy service departments, we were actually considering NOT buying a Ford for our next purchase. Because of our dealings with Eric and Rick yesterday, our faith in the "blue oval" has been restored - even if your dealership is an hour away from home. :) More
