My Sales Consultant Aaron Guilbeault, "Let's Make A Deal" I purchased a vehicle previously from Aaron which was totally a top notch experience from the beginning to driving off the lot with my new vehicle. I will add that the service and parts departments, excellent service, certainly add great value with doing business at Columbia Ford. Needed to upgrade my vehicle so I contacted Aaron. This time I needed to make sure all the financial segments were meeting my objectives in order to reach a deal with my vehicle of choice/options. Needless to say much to what I expected was spot on and I get to drive off in my new Escape. Like to mention that Chris Ledoux and Eric Gates were great to work with as well. He truly is the reason I didn't end up shopping around for other cars. There was no reason to, as I got the best deal for my trade, the best deal on a new 2015 Kia Sportage lease and walked out of the dealership with a beautiful new car that I LOVE! Service reps are great. But my car was leaking the next day. bobby and all the other service reps are always friendly and helpful. Had a power steering line changed. The next day, an oily fluid was leaking a HUG bobby and all the other service reps are always friendly and helpful. Had a power steering line changed. The next day, an oily fluid was leaking a HUGE puddle all over our new driveway and my car had to be towed out. Not impressed. Driveway is now stained. (Obviously not Bobby's fault) More
