I never felt pressured or patronized during the entire process, nor was there any sense of impatience on their part as I pressed for additional compromises to close the deal. I was treated very well - even offered lunch and beverages as I waited on the paperwork. The one area that I felt was less than optimal was the wait. Given past experiences, I feel there may some opportuity for process improvements to gain efficienies in this area. Overall the paperwork took double the amount of time I expected based on experiences at other dealerships. More
