Quality of Columbia Ford Service Columbia Ford service has always been consistently professional, prompt, and responsive to the customer. We purchased two vehicles there, and have the Columbia Ford service has always been consistently professional, prompt, and responsive to the customer. We purchased two vehicles there, and have them serviced there as well. We would have it no other way. Only on very rare occasions did a problem reoccur, or was not immediately resolved. But Columbia Ford was always prompt in reexamining and resolving the issue. More

Some pressure, but worked to m y advantage. Matt was great...got me into a vehicle I wanted but did not have to have. They worked with me to get the price I needed and the extras!
