Rip Off Came in with two bad tires, service center told me I needed all 4 new tires. I just put on two new tires at the dealer over the past year. No explanation of why I needed all four, especially when sales team said 2 of them looked brand new. Service guy could not tell me what the warranty would be on the tires they were trying to sell me. He got defensive which did not help the situation. HA HA on me...I left with a new car but will never - never go to Columbia's service again, even with the 4 oil changes I get with the new car.... Good general service BUT overall a little disappointed I brought my C- Max in for its regular oil change and service as part of the service package when I bought the car. The people are friendly but the re I brought my C- Max in for its regular oil change and service as part of the service package when I bought the car. The people are friendly but the reason I would not choose this service outside of the fact that it came with the purchase is because of the limited number of things that the service includes. NO window cleaning or vacuuming is included. I know that may sound petty but with all the other oil change places in the area it is part of the service and just makes the customer feel like the car had something done to it since everything else is basically "under the hood" and you never "see" any of those results. On this particular visit I had an addition service scheduled to look at a stain on the passenger seat cleaned that I could t remove myself even though I had bought a treatment package with the purchase of the car. I talked to the sale an who I bought the car with and he arranged for the detailing people to work on the seat while I had the car in for service and I asked specifically if I should vacuum the seats and floors and he said no that they would take care of it. When I picked up the car ONLY the one seat was cleaned even though there were other dirty spots on the back seats AND as I said no vacuuming or anything else was done. I was disappointed to say the least. More
