Recommend any other place for an oil change I only went here for an oil change because I had a factory recall. I made an appointment for 1pm and ended up waiting for 2.5 hours and watched my car I only went here for an oil change because I had a factory recall. I made an appointment for 1pm and ended up waiting for 2.5 hours and watched my car sit in the parking lot for over an hour. I had to change my childrens after school arrangement because of the time I spent waiting at the dealership. When I inquired about the wait, I was informed that there were two recalls instead of one, but that still does not account for the HOUR that I sat watching my car in the parking lot. The only reason I got my oil change here was because I required a factory recall. Any other time the service is just as professional at other service center in the area. More

Most professional salesmen I've met I went to Columbia for the first time about three weeks ago to look at a truck I saw advertised online. My salesman (Matt), was very knowledgable of t I went to Columbia for the first time about three weeks ago to look at a truck I saw advertised online. My salesman (Matt), was very knowledgable of truck, and very polite. Unfortunately, it was a little out of my budget, and we were unable to make a sale. They were tenacious in trying to make the deal work, but were not pushy. When we weren't able to make the deal work, they understood. 3 weeks later, Ford offered better incentives and they called me, and said the truck was still available, and it might be in my price range. The sales manager (Chris), quoted me a price over the phone, honored the more then fair price they had earlier offered me for my trade. I went in the next day, and he honored the price he had quoted me, and was able to get me out of the door in the truck I wanted in a very timely manner. I was in and out of there in about 2 hours. In summary, the dealership was professional, polite, and honest. More
