We dropped it off without an appointment on Saturday and got it back on Wednesday. I'm not sure how long it should have taken, but thankfully it ended up only being a bad cap and an air bubble. I understand that it needed to sit overnight to verify the bubble, so maybe the time it took was okay. There was no charge which always makes me happy. I really like the service team, they are always pleasant and I see how they try to keep the customers happy. More
