I believe, rightly or wrongly, that a KIA dealership has a vested interest in making sure that my vehicle is in top notch working order. I trust them. In addition, this dealership has very capable and friendly employees along with a comfortable waiting area. I should also mention The Thunderbird Cafe which is an added benefit. Amazing staff!! I was in an expensive lease and needed to get out of it. After going to a few dealers I thought I was going to be stuck with it. Disappointed with my time being wasted Had an issue w/ a new car covered under warranty. Scheduled an APPOINTMENT and dropped it off the morning of the appointment. Never heard back so at 4:30pm I called and was told that they "didn't have time" to look at it that day. So, now I'm 2 days without a car. Following morning they called and said they found and fixed issue. So, quick fix...but 2 days without a car when i had an appointment to have it done the first day. I'm a business owner and my time is just as valuable as the next person.... which is why we all make appointments. When appointments aren't kept, it has a negative ripple affect. More
