I tried to get an appointment at the dealership where I usually go in Glastonbury, and they wanted me to wait for three weeks to get this fixed! which I can not do because I am going to be moving my mom next week - she is out of state and I need my phone charged! so I contacted Columbia Ford which is the same distance away but in the other direction. I was treated with courtesy, and given a prompt appointment. My estimate was under the actual charge, and the problem was diagnosed and resolved in under an hour. Friendly staff. Nice little luncheonette to grab a coffee and more if you so desire. More
