Incomplete service work with poor effort to resolve Per my conversation with Rachel, given that my truck was brought in by Champagne Motors (who I purchased the truck from and who provided me a loaner a Per my conversation with Rachel, given that my truck was brought in by Champagne Motors (who I purchased the truck from and who provided me a loaner and coordinated the warrantee work) for inoperable controls and given that there is still an outstanding issue not resolved, I am dissatisfied with Columbia Ford’s failure to remedy their service shortcomings. Telling me I cannot get a subsequent service appointment to address what should have already been fixed by your service department for a week or two (together with a loaner) tells me my business is not that important. I will never do business with Columbia Ford or an affiliate again. More

Excellent experience I had walked in with intentions of just “taking a peak” at a newer car. It was definitely time for an upgrade as mine was pretty much falling apart. I was a bit intimidated when I walked In but immediately was greeted by one of the salesmen, Matt Milici. He was very kind and was willing to try his best as I poorly described what I was looking for. After him running some numbers, he quickly got me test driving two different cars (both of which I loved.) I was a bit hesitant when we started talking about buying one of them. While furthering the conversation, he made me feel very comfortable with the finance plan and that next day I was driving home my beautiful new car. I would definitely recommend everyone to go to Matt, as he was a pleasure to work with! More

Courteous but disappointing Had my vehicle worked on in warranty. Picked up car after completed repairs and leather cream leather arm rest and driver seat are soiled with new oil Had my vehicle worked on in warranty. Picked up car after completed repairs and leather cream leather arm rest and driver seat are soiled with new oil and dirt stains. Called service department and they apologized and offered to detail the car. Brought the car back in and they were only able to get out the oil stain on the arm rest. Told me that the seat was normal wear and that it was the same as the passenger seats, which on examination have none of the “normal wear”. Was apologized to again and told it’s not grease stain so nothing they can do despite not being present when the vehicle was brought in for repairs. 3 months I’ve owned the vehicle so i’m Going to have to live with stained seats for the next 5-7 years of ownership. More

We arrived at Columbia Ford and were promptly greeted by a manager in the sales lot who pulled a salesman to work with us. We test drove two cars and wasn't very pushy but did offer to let us drive the second car around for the remainder of the day. At first I was skeptical but this ultimately made up my decision on whether or not to move forward with this car. I really appreciate that they offer this service and it ended up being a great tool. We did not purchase the car and the salesman, Edward was very understanding and seemingly not upset. We were treated with the same respect on the way out of the door as when we were in the lot. Their prices are competitive and cars are quality examples. More
