We took a couple of days considering the deal and verifying that the truck had the options we were looking for. A second visit Luis pulled the truck out of the line up to compare with ours. We are sold and in the final stage before taking delivery. Before we left the first oil change was setup as part of the 2 year maintenance plan a nice touch. More

I bought my truck from columbia and usually do my service there even though I live approx As usual I am completely pleased with Columbia Ford Service. I bought my truck from columbia and usually do my service there even though I live approximately 40 miles away in Cheshire. It is worth my trip. I was concerned with a new noise underneath my truck that I thought was some sort of flange rattle (it turned out to be a broken clamp that was replaced during this service. I try to take great care of my truck and completely trust the staff to care for it. Dylan Tellier even signed the oil change sticker on my windshield. He did a great job with all service I requested and I want to say I appreciate all that he did. Also it was a pleasure dealing with Ciara at the service desk. She was extremely polite, professional and efficient. Thank you! More

easy and enjoyable compared to my last experience i had purchased a vehicle from middletown nissian 2 years ago and it was a complete nightmare.the sales manager and everyone else were complete (dipxx i had purchased a vehicle from middletown nissian 2 years ago and it was a complete nightmare.the sales manager and everyone else were complete (dipxxxxs) not sure if i can say this but however it was the worst car buying experience ever.they lied about everything and even sold my old kia before i recieved the new used vehicle.dealing with columbia ford was more then i hoped for.matt you are awesome and jake keep checking off the circles.Everyone was great to work with.on a seperate note.when i went on the first day not sure what i was going to do,the process as you know is prolonged.i am currently undergoing chemotherapy and have nuropathy very bad and needed to keep going outside to warm up.when i went back to pick up the vehicle on friday,matt actually had them turn up the ac so i was not freezing.thanks matt.above and beyond what you needed to do.i love the new kia. it was hard to let go of my old ford but im gonna enjoy this new phase of life. I believe, rightly or wrongly, that a KIA dealership has a vested interest in making sure that my vehicle is in top notch working order. I trust them. In addition, this dealership has very capable and friendly employees along with a comfortable waiting area. I should also mention The Thunderbird Cafe which is an added benefit. Amazing staff!! I was in an expensive lease and needed to get out of it. After going to a few dealers I thought I was going to be stuck with it.
