AMAZING DEALER REP MAKES IT BETTER Went in to this interaction with the expectation that it’d be a simple price verification of another Ford dealership’s pricing structure on a perfect Went in to this interaction with the expectation that it’d be a simple price verification of another Ford dealership’s pricing structure on a perfect F150. Left a little over an hour later with no issues that the appointment took longer than my initial hope of ten minutes, and better yet that my wife found the car that she’d wanted for years. The rep Tim was courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly adaptable as a salesperson. He not only was able to conduct what I assume is a standard car sales interaction, but he excelled at taking the feed back we offered and applying it to the next point he would make. He listened to what concerns and preferences both of us had and turned that into the perfect pick up that neither of us knew we wanted more than anything. As a fellow salesperson, not only do I respect the efforts he put forth during the process but I have a renewed understanding in the dealer dynamic with customers. More
