We spent countless days in 3 states looking for the right vehicle and right salesperson. By luck searching online I came across Jordan. He was polite, professional, not pushy and very informed. He had answer vehicle and right salesperson. By luck searching online I came across Jordan. He was polite, professional, not pushy and very informed. He had answers and if he didn’t he got them. We had a difficult trade and he and Columbia Fords team were able to make that happen. Not at one point did we feel like we were with a “salesman”. We worked with Ryan and his sales manager Bruce. Both were great and worked hard to get us what we wanted and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. We ended with a 2019 Sorento and we absol were great and worked hard to get us what we wanted and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. We ended with a 2019 Sorento and we absolutely love it. We plan to return next year when we are ready to trade in our other vehicle. Jake in finance was great as well, very helpful and easy to work with. More

Scheduled service was not performed I brought my SUV in for a part to be repaired. When I was at the dealership previously for my last oil change I had the service dept provide a quote. I brought my SUV in for a part to be repaired. When I was at the dealership previously for my last oil change I had the service dept provide a quote. I had then called a few weeks later for the part to be ordered and the work to be done. I waited at my apt for the service to be done to then find out the wrong part was ordered and that I would need to reschedule. This is a disappointment as I would then have to make another appointment to bring my car in and take time off of work and the quote that I was given, which I had brought with me that day, was for the correct part but still the wrong part was ordered. The gentleman that helped was very nice. Unfortunately I don't recall his name or see his picture in the options. When I drove off I had noticed my car reeked of whoever drove or worked on it---it REEKED as if oil was left on the seat or steering wheel. I don't know if any coverings are used on the seats/wheel for protection or gloves while driving the car but the car had smelled from the service. I went for my apt on July 29th and have not heard back yet regarding the part. More
