He was very polite from the start, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. While I waited to have them put my flatbed on, he gave me a Dodge Charger to drive home. I told Spencer I owned a '71 Charger and he remembered that when choosing what vehicle they let me take while we waited. When the truck was ready, Spencer drove over two hours to deliver it to me personally and ensure that it was what I wanted. I've never been taken care of on so many points from a dealership before, and Spencer made it a memorable experience. I recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle or simply looking for information. More

Pipe dream price quote . I was doing a internet search for a new truck, when I found the one I wanted, it was located at Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I requested a online price quote and received a great one. During the test drive the salesman was rude and made offensive comments to my wife because she had a new Ford. Back at the dealership time to do paperwork the price was $6000.higher than quoted, they had all kinds of excuses but would not honor their quote even after showing them both an email and text with the same price quote. They then acted like they were the only dealership to have that model and wished me luck in finding one, so I left no deal made. They have had a different representative call me every day for a week trying to get me to come back, but still refuse to honor their price quote. Jokes on them, not only did I find the same model truck, but I got it for almost $2000 less than Thier quote. So thanks Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for being rude and lying about the deal you could have made me. More
internet price is not real i have been searching for the best price for a new jeep. columbia had one of the best prices listed for this vehicle online and in the writeup even i have been searching for the best price for a new jeep. columbia had one of the best prices listed for this vehicle online and in the writeup even said to email for an even lower price. once i emailed, i was given a price almost $2000 higher than the posted internet price instead of getting a lower price. i questioned the salesman and he advised that my credit was too good to get the lowest price. i have never heard anything like this before. i am glad i didnt drive there to have them tell me that. buyer beware of any price listed on the internet from this dealer as they are likely not to honor it when you inquire about it. Customer service sucks!!! The first new vehicle I bought had issues with stalling at 25mph when I pulled into traffic. It did this to me 7 times in the first 600 miles. I was told it was something I was doing wrong because they couldn't make the vehicle do it. I decided to take a loss and picked a different vehicle since I didn't want to die pulling out into heavy traffic. This took 3 trips and numerous hours with different sales people and managers to get me a different vehicle. Once I decided on one, it was supposedly a demo with only 2000 miles. Although it didn't have floor mats, a spare tire inflator, and the manual and second key fob was MIA, it was sold to me as new. It has been nearly 3 months since the purchase and I still don't have that second key. They ordered it, but didn't check to see if it fit. After 2 more trips to the parts department, I still don't have a key. My one year free radio service is expiring after only 3 months and they gave me crappy plastic dealership floor mats for a vehicle that I paid over $20000 for instead of putting actual jeep mats in it. They make you deal with so many different people for one thing that they don't know if they are coming or going. They are extremely unprofessional and rush you to pick and buy, but then leave you sitting for hours while they fix up the paperwork. I like my new vehicle now, but I will definitely never purchase from this dealership in the future. They never follow up on issues. And just to be clear...that first vehicle that had the stalling issues...was placed back on the lot the next day for resale without being fixed. More
